Ordering

Ordering from Scrapbook Your Memories is easy! When you see an item you want, simply click on the “Add to Bag” button. Your shopping basket will be displayed with all of the items in it. Whenever you are ready to finalize your order, you may proceed to checkout. It only takes a minute and is completely secure!

Payments

All credit card transactions are processed through the safe and secure Paypal payment gateway. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. If you currently have an account with Paypal, you may also use your Paypal account as a form of payment as well.

What are your shipping fees?

All Canadian orders before tax less than $100 will be charged a flat fee of $8.00. All Canadian orders before tax greater than $100 will receive FREE shipping. If you are a local customer (Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada) and would like to pick up your purchase please indicate that you’ll pay by COD. We will contact you within 24 hours to arrange a convenient time if it’s not within our posted store hours.

All orders are shipped via expedited post. Canada Post Expedited Parcel generally takes 1 to 3 business days regionally, and 2 to 7 business days nationally.

When can I expect my order? When will my order ship?

The time of the day and the day of the week determine when the item will ship. Typically, your order will ship within the next business day.

American and Foreign Customers

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars. All orders are billed in Canadian dollars and it is your credit card company that will calculate the actual exchange rate and charge you accordingly. All orders are shipped promptly but may be delayed clearing customs. Duty, taxes and brokerage charges may be applied to your order by your government.

International orders will be charged the actual shipping amount. You will be notified of the charge for your authorization before your order is shipped.

Returns

What is our return policy?

Returns are easy. If you are not completely satisfied with any of your products, we will gladly accept unopened, resellable products within 15 days of your order for a 100% return minus original shipping costs. Please email us to let us know of your return. Items must be returned at your expense. WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF MAGAZINES, BOOKS, PENS, AND PAPER.

Scrapbook Your Memories is not responsible for any damage that may occur during the shipment of the product(s) you are returning. For your protection, you may wish to send your return by Regular Parcel Service (insured) and with signature confirmation. Please ensure you keep the receipt for postage and insurance.

Do I get reimbursed for shipping charges?

We are happy to refund all original and return shipping charges when it is our error. Return shipping charges will be refunded for an item being returned due to our error provided that Canada Post is used for the return shipping.
